The Transitions® Modular Entry Mat is a portable rubber threshold mat which is made of 100% recycled rubber and can easily be trimmed or notched to fit various entryway heights. It can be transported from one location to the next, and creates a smooth transition. Ideal for indoors or outdoors.

Transitions Modular Entry Ramps are lightweight, portable wheelchair ramps intended for use in doorways, to make rolling a wheelchair in or out easier and safer. Connect ramps of different heights to form a single, long ramp compatible with the height of the door entry. Transitions Modular Entry Ramps will not rust or corrode, and the nonskid surface provides good traction.

Technical Specifications: 

The height of the mat is adjustable with rubber risers to reach a maximum 4¾-inches. It can be trimmed to fit most doorways and is easily transported to different locations.
